An explanation of what we do and how we charge for our work:
We will review all your damages and your insurance claim. We will provide professional estimates to your insurance company to help you obtain the most money is afforded to you. We will meet with the insurance company representatives to review the scope of damage.
The price of your roof will be based on insurance company scope plus overhead & profit. We will do the work as specified on your insurance loss sheet for the roof, and your charges will equal the amount paid towards the roof on your insurance loss sheet.
We will not charge you any more than what is actually allowed by the insurance company. If necessary, we will send a supplement to the insurance company for additional monies, and if additional monies are paid on the roof, you will be obligated to forward those monies to us at the completion of the job. If no additional monies are paid, then your only obligation will be what you have already received.
Payment of the roof portion of your contract will be due upon completion of the roof. If you choose to upgrade your shingles or add any additional work, those charges would be calculated separately and will be due by you upon completion of the work. Payment for siding or other services will be due at their completion.
