Mike Seeber, Managing Partner/ Estimator & Claims Expert


Mike is responsible for all facets of the business activities, including the supervision of general operations and overseeing sales and marketing.  Mike is also a licensed Florida independent adjuster and is responsible for working with homeowners and their insurance companies to bring the claims to mutually agreeable settlements.  As part of this process Mike inspects damages, provides professional estimates, meets on site with insurance adjusters, is a point of contact in the processing and review of a claim for approval, and, if necessary assists with disputes.

Mary BisekMary Bisek, Office Manager/Inside Claims Examiner


Mary is responsible for the management of office operations, directing daily office functions including accounting, purchasing, and payroll.  She also oversees human resource and personnel matters.  Mary is also a licensed Florida independent adjuster and is the inside examiner responsible for reviewing insurance claims for discrepancies or missed items and for providing professional estimates to be submitted to the insurance companies.

Paul BisekPaul Bisek, Owner / Qualifier


Paul is responsible for management of all projects, including permitting, inspections, quality control, and on site field supervision throughout the build process.  Paul is the roofing license holder and qualifier for the business, and is responsible for ensuring that the company meets all licensing, permitting, and building code requirements, and as part of this process Paul oversees the building projects from start to finish.

Robert WilliamsRobert Williams, Crew Foreman


Robert is responsible for management of all crews supervising their daily building activities, ensuring proper installation procedures and quality work.   Robert acts as a liaison between the crews and Genesis management; he schedules crews for each job, and is on site during the build process.  Robert also acts as the company interpreter in communications with the Hispanic community. 

Robert’s Mission Statement:

“I promise to make sure all of the crewmen follow proper procedure in installations of the roofs and to make sure they put on a terrific product while being considerate to your property and needs during the process.”
